Together, Emily, Jess and Sarah created Mindful Movers, combining Jaybelle Care’s deep expertise in child development and emotional regulation with North Shore Gymnastics’s powerhouse physical programs. The result? A mainstream space where every child - regardless of how they learn or move - can thrive. Through our “Strong Bodies, Calm Minds, and Happy Hearts” approach, children learn to master their emotions while building physical strength and making friends in a coached, supportive environment.

North Shore Gymnastics was founded by Emily and Sarah on Sydney’s North Shore with a passion for supporting children through gymnastics and sensory play. Jaybelle Care, founded by Jessica Hokin, brings a strong focus on individualised support, advocacy, and wellbeing. Jess is a qualified teacher with extensive experience in behaviour and emotional regulation, and a deep understanding of the science of the brain in relation to regulation, learning, and psychology. Inspired by her lived experience as a sibling of a person with a disability, she works closely with individuals and their support teams to provide guided, person-centred support that leads to meaningful progress and inclusive, fulfilling lives.
